Mike is a co-founder of Nextera Search, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the recruitment industry. Prior to launching Nextera, Mike was a Partner/Owner at Execu|Search Group (TESG), where he specialized in Accounting and Finance. He also led the Professional Services Direct Hire practice at Tandym Group, the successor to TESG.

Samantha ("Sam") Parris is a woman determined to do and be her best. Since recruiting in 2004, she has served as a scholar, leader, and role model within the company and a true partner to our clients and candidates.

Alan is a cofounder of Nextera Search and is responsible for the firm's Accounting / Finance Division - where his team specializes in placing candidates on a Permanent basis within the office of the CFO in industries including Banking, Alternative Investments, Asset Management, FinTech, Consumer Goods, Service and beyond. Alan's 17+ years of recruiting experience affords him the unique position of understanding both client and candidate needs at an intricate level, for both positions and matching candidates at all levels of the corporate spectrum.

Chris Castro is a cofounder of Nextera Search, and is responsible for the firm’s Financial Services Division.  With over a decade of experience, Chris is celebrated for his adaptability, strategic mindset, and ability to cultivate meaningful relationships that deliver lasting value to both clients and candidates.
